Office visits are by appointment only, and I am currently practicing entirely virtually.

My office is located in downtown Durham at 411 W. Chapel Hill Street, Suite C-2, Durham, NC 27701.

Visitor parking is available in front of the building, most easily accessed off Duke Street (a one-way street heading north) immediately before the intersection with W. Chapel Hill. If the visitor spaces are full, there is street parking in the area, and Jackson Street is free for two hours. Once you enter the building, take the elevator down to the C level (for the Provident1898 space) and sign in at reception.
